Correspondingly, unveiling the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, which was launched by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in March 2021, embodies a persevering pursuit towards immense ambitions, aiming to make excellence and distinction the enduring goals of the present and future of the Emirate.

As such, the goal of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan is to continuously implement Dubai’s plans and strategies, prioritizing their well-being, happiness, prosperity and stability. Concentrating on constant advancement, this people-centric plan pursues a work strategy inspired by the best global practices while ensuring that they are aligned with the needs of the community. Therefore, the plan guarantees a sustainable future where residents, citizens and visitors can thrive, a future that aims for nothing short of excellence and surpasses all expectations.

Furthermore, the launch of Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan coincides with the Year of the 50th , aligning with its objectives. The plan maps out a comprehensive future map for sustainable urban development, focusing on enhancing the people’s quality of life over the next 20 years.
